We want you to be happy with your purchase. For online orders your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 7 days from the day you receive your goods. You can return the product by going to your account and using the return option.
- We provide logistics for returning the products.
- For hygiene reasons we do not accept return of undergarments, bed covers / linen unless it is in its original sealed and unopened packaging. Please check if such items are suitable before opening.
- Goods should be returned to the address mentioned on the return page of for the product.
- Goods will be returned only if the product was not damaged and is the same product which was delivered to you. The logistics person might check the condition of the product before accepting the product.
- All goods must be returned in new, unused and original undamaged condition, complete with all original and undamaged packaging and instructions.
- We will only make a refund to the same card.
- In case your product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation already, report the issue within 2 days from the date of delivery confirmation on email@example.com.
